The Apartments
Access to each unit is by independent external staircase at the rear side of the building, leading to the upper level, which comprises open plan kitchen/dining area and spacious sitting area with two built-in sofa beds.
The two areas are on a split level connected by five steps. Balcony doors from the sitting room lead out onto a large covered balcony with partial sea views, overlooking the garden and the swimming pool.
An internal staircase leads down to the lower level, which has two twin bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, and one bathroom. Balcony doors from the one bedroom lead out onto a private patio, covered with pergola for shade and providing access to the gardens and the swimming pool.
