Only a few steps from the water's edge, the stone walls and terraces of this beautiful villa seem to grow out of the very rocks that edge the beach.

Skinos villa was originally an olive press, and the focal point of its sitting room is the massive traditional olive press itself. Steps lead from terraces onto a small beach surrounded by wave-sculpted rocks; a gate opens from the walled garden directly on to another beach.

The house retains its original stone artwork in its walls, renovated with attention to preserving the architectural style despite some new additions.

The ground floor of the house consists of a sitting room, dining room, kitchen, hall area, double bedroom with en suite bathroom, single bedroom (dressing room), and a cloakroom.

On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a third smaller double bedroom, as well as a bathroom.

In the annex to the house there is another twin bedroom with a shower room. The house is 26 km from the town of Corfu, and within 10 mins walk from mini market shopping amenities in the village of Nissaki.
